Telluride Mountain Village Owners Association, in accordance with our mission, continues to be a leader in the community by providing the necessary resources to research our amenities, region, and other resort communities in order to ensure Mountain Village can be a highly sustainable and vital resort community.
GONDOLA STUDY: TMVOA hired Parametrix to undertake a complete analysis of the Gondola, including operation efficiency review, condition assements and improvement planning. ECOSIGN STUDY: TMVOA initiated a community planning effort in September 2007 by hiring Ecosign Mountain Resort Planners, along with several other experts. This study was initiated in response to demand from residents and business leaders who felt the town would benefit from a plan for future development.
The first phase of study included an immediate and detailed retail study of Mountain Village, including guest spending patterns, shopping options, traffic patterns, merchant appeal, site strengths and weaknesses, and more. The completed review includes a comprehensive inventory of the town, a balance analysis and a public review of the findings.
