Telluride Mountain Village Owners Association announced in the July 9th Board Meeting that they are considering entering into a long-term ground lease and conveyance agreement with Telluride Science Research Center (TSRC), a 501-C3 non-profit that focuses on convening the foremost molecular scientists in the world, that would allow TSRC to build an iconic academic campus in Mountain Village. The TSRC facility is proposed to be built on Lot 1007/1008, located next to the Market and Town Hall and where the Reception Center/Dial-A-Ride building is presently located in Mountain Village.
